Gulfood 2026 — the world’s largest annual food and beverage sourcing event — opened today in Dubai, marking its 31st edition with record-breaking scale and participation hosting more than 8,500 exhibitors from 195 countries and showcasing over 1.5 million products across the F&B sector. For the first time in its history, the exhibition spans two major venues — the Dubai World Trade Centre and the newly expanded Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai — bringing together more than 8,500 exhibitors and over 1.5 million products from around the globe. The event runs from 26–30 January 2026, spotlighting innovation, trade, and collaboration across the food ecosystem and reaffirming Dubai’s leadership as a global hub for F&B commerce.
