The UAE’s wedding and events community gathered in style for The Chic Reveal: Spooktacular Soirée, an immersive Halloween-inspired networking night and venue reveal that seamlessly blended glamour, creativity, and connection.
Co-curated by Eventchic Designs and Rhiannon Downie-Hurst Consulting, the soirée marked the official unveiling of The Eventchic Ballroom Dubai’s newest creative event space, designed to inspire and connect industry professionals within the heart of Al Quoz.
From hauntingly beautiful décor to captivating performances and interactive activations, every detail of the evening reflected a commitment to artistry and collaboration, the hallmarks of Dubai’s thriving wedding and events scene.
An Unforgettable Reveal
Guests were welcomed in true spooky-chic style with ethereal harp music, a live tarot reader, and atmospheric lighting that set the tone for a night of discovery and networking. The grand reveal of The Eventchic Ballroom was nothing short of spectacular, a dramatic unveiling that showcased the venue’s versatility for both intimate celebrations and large-scale productions.
The event was emceed by Darryl Rees, with live entertainment from Live Function Entertainment, DJ Moochi, and illusionist/magician Alex Magu, creating an ambience that evolved from mysterious to electric as the night unfolded.
A Celebration of Collaboration
The soirée was a true showcase of industry talent and creative partnerships. Guests enjoyed gourmet catering by CCI Dubai, bespoke bar experiences by Go Bar UAE, and indulgent sweet treats courtesy of Nelly’s Cakes and Gelato Del Mar.
The space came alive through artful décor and styling by Eventchic Designs, complemented by Dahlia Paper Florals, Luxe Wix Candles Dubai, and Art for Art Dubai. Technical production was flawlessly executed by Soundkraft AV, while Mint Wraps added refined touches to the event branding.
Photography and videography were captured by Goldfish Photography & Video and Lamhaas Captured, preserving the evening’s most magical moments.
Guests were greeted in VIP style by Poised Valet Services, who ensured a seamless arrival experience for all attendees. Upon entry, guests were treated to thoughtful giveaways by Studio N Calligraphy, adding a personalised touch to the evening’s welcome.

Adding a playful twist, guests competed for prizes in two categories, Best Dressed and Most Creative Social Media Post, celebrating both personal style and digital creativity.
