Dubai, UAE, September xx, 2026: The Gulf Pulse marks its first anniversary by signing up a media partner with the upcoming LIVEX Abu Dhabi and Cityscape Global Riyadh exhibitions.
Under the partnership with Cityscape Global, The Gulf Pulse will publish a special edition for the event taking place in Riyadh from November 16 to 19, extending the publication’s presence into Saudi Arabia’s property sector as it enters its second year. The publication will combine its digital coverage with a print edition distributed at the event.
The partnership follows The Gulf Pulse’s participation as a media partner at IPS 2026 held in Dubai earlier this month and the launch of The Gulf Pulse IPS 2026 Special Edition, its first print publication.
From launch to regional partnerships
Founded on September 15, 2025, by journalist and editor Asma Ali Zain, The Gulf Pulse covers real estate, policy, infrastructure, technology and community living across the UAE and wider Gulf.
“The media partnerships are a meaningful milestone as we mark our first anniversary,” said Zain, Founder and Editor-in-Chief. “It gives us an opportunity to bring our journalism to a wider property audience and build on the experience of producing our first special edition for IPS.”
Zain launched the publication to remain connected with journalism after more than 25 years in the profession. Working as a solo founder, she said regional unrest presented an unforeseen challenge during the first year.
“There were real questions about whether we would survive as a start-up,” she said. “But we emerged with partnerships, recognition and, most importantly, signals that good journalism still matters and can make space for itself.”
Steady growth in year two
The Cityscape Global and LIVEX Abu Dhabi collaborations form part of a measured approach to developing the publication, with practical reporting and editorial credibility remaining central to its work.
“I want The Gulf Pulse to grow at a steady pace, with each step serving a clear purpose,” Zain said. “Product expansions are possibilities for the future, when they offer something meaningful to our audience.”
