UAE Fuel Prices Rise From October 1
DUBAI, UAE- Motorists across the UAE will pay higher prices for petrol and diesel from October 1, 2026, following the latest monthly fuel-price review. The new rates reflect movements in international energy markets under the UAE’s monthly fuel-pricing mechanism.
From October 1, Super 98 petrol will cost AED 4.40 per litre, compared with AED 3.80 in September. Special 95 will be priced at AED 4.28 per litre, up from AED 3.69, while E-Plus 91 will rise to AED 4.21 per litre, compared with AED 3.61 previously. Diesel will increase to AED 4.80 per litre, from AED 4.30 in September.
The latest adjustment means motorists will face an increase of around 50–60 fils per litre across the different fuel categories. The higher pump prices are expected to increase monthly fuel costs for private motorists, businesses and transport operators, particularly those with higher fuel consumption.
