Aiming to build a trust-led community and support a circular economy, LUVED is a mobile-first platform where you can buy, sell and even gift preloved pieces in a secure way, allowing sellers to keep 100% of every sale, offers secure payments and buyer protection, help upload product listings quickly through AI, authentication for luxury items and door-to-door logistics, all in one seamless app with categories across men, women and children.

While LUVED already offers AI-powered autofill and dynamic pricing suggestions, enabling users to create product listings in as little as five seconds from a minimum of three photos since its launch, the platform is now taking it one step further with its new LUVBOT feature.

Built directly into the app, ‘LUVBOT’ is an AI assistant that acts as an intelligent shopping companion, guiding users throughout every step of their journey including buying, selling and gifting. From answering questions and helping users navigate the platform to providing personalised recommendations and encouraging successful transactions, the AI assistant is designed to simplify every interaction.

For sellers, LUVBOT monitors listing performance and suggests actions including adjusting pricing, improving visibility and responding to buyer interest. For buyers, it surfaces relevant listings and provides timely prompts that help them discover and secure items before they’re gone. The AI assistant also assists users with negotiations by offering smart guidance and insights based on marketplace activity and demand, helping users make informed decisions and complete transactions with confidence. These features will continue to evolve over time, becoming progressively more advanced, intuitive and refined in its capabilities. 

Alongside LUVBOT, the app has also introduced its ‘My Impact’ feature, a dedicated dashboard that allows users to measure the positive environmental impact of every transaction. With each purchase, sale or gifting, buyers and sellers can view estimates of the carbon emissions avoided, water saved and the number of fashion items kept in circulation by extending the life of preloved pieces.

The feature also encourages more local shopping opportunities by highlighting items within a 10km radius, through its ‘Nearby’ function, making it easier for users discover pieces closer to them. By tracking the number of purchases completed locally, this feature encourages shorter delivery journeys while strengthening a community-driven marketplace.

By bringing these insights together in one place, the My Impact feature transforms sustainability into something more personal, measurable and rewarding where users can see the positive effect of their choices and be confident in the role they are playing in contributing to a circular economy.

Together, the two new features reinforce LUVED’s mission to make circular fashion more accessible, efficient and rewarding with smart technology.
