Dubai, UAE – Camelicious has confirmed it has maintained retail pricing across its camel milk range despite experiencing an approximate +30% increase in production costs between Q1 and Q2 2026, due to the geopolitical situation, reinforcing its commitment to making premium, locally produced camel milk accessible to consumers across the UAE.
While global geopolitical developments have placed increasing pressure on supply chain related costs throughout the food industry, Camelicious has chosen to absorb these additional costs rather than pass them directly on to consumers.
The decision reflects the company’s long-term strategy of building consumer trust, encouraging wider adoption of camel milk and supporting the continued growth of one of the UAE’s fastest-growing dairy categories.

Hesham Yehia, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Camelicious, said. “Every business has faced increasing costs over recent months, but we believe our social responsibility extends beyond short-term commercial decisions. Our focus is on building long-term relationships with consumers, encouraging trial, increasing accessibility and supporting the growth of the long term growth of the camel milk category across the UAE and the globe”.
“Camel milk remains a unique product with exceptional nutritional value and a rich heritage in this region. We want more consumers to discover and experience it, rather than making camel milk less accessible during a period when many households are carefully managing their spending.”
Camelicious said the decision aligns with its broader commitment to supporting the development of the UAE’s F&B sector through continued investment in local production, animal welfare, quality assurance and forward looking innovation.
Rather than focusing on short-term pricing decisions, the company believes maintaining affordability will help encourage more consumers to experience camel milk for the first time while strengthening brand loyalty among existing consumers.
Yehia added. “We have always believed sustainable growth comes from earning consumer trust. By maintaining our pricing, we’re investing in the long-term future of both our consumers and the camel milk category itself.”
Camelicious continues to supply retailers, hospitality partners and consumers across the UAE while expanding awareness of camel milk as a premium, locally produced dairy choice that combines traditional heritage with modern production standards.
An initiative inspired by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister and Vice President of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, Camelicious, introduced to the market in 2006 as part of Emirates Industry for Camel Milk & Products.
Today, the Camelicious Farm, located in Dubai, UAE, is the largest and most advanced facility for camel milk production globally.
