Ras Al Khaimah, UAE- Marjan Hospitality has launched Flavours of Ras Al Khaimah, a limited-time summer dining series created to bring residents and visitors closer to the people, places and flavours shaping the emirate’s evolving restaurant scene. Running from July to September, the campaign brings together leading hotels, chefs and local producers through a collection of exclusive weekday menus available Sunday to Thursday evenings, giving diners a fresh reason to discover Ras Al Khaimah’s restaurants throughout the summer months.

Each of the five participating venues has developed a dedicated Flavours of Ras Al Khaimah menu that reflects its own culinary character while drawing inspiration from the emirate’s landscapes, produce and sense of place. From coastal influences and regional ingredients to contemporary interpretations of local flavours, the series uses food as a lens into Ras Al Khaimah, inviting guests to explore the destination through its chefs, stories and dining experiences.

A signature local thread across the series is Ras Al Khaimah Honey, interpreted differently by each participating chef and paired with ingredients ranging from local seafood to regional produce. Used across the menus, it creates a common connection between the venues while celebrating the producers, landscapes and culinary creativity that give the campaign its sense of place.

Available Sunday to Thursday, the campaign gives diners a reason to explore a different restaurant, chef and menu throughout the summer. Participating experiences include tasting menus, relaxed set menus, Moroccan-inspired dining and heritage-inspired afternoon tea across The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah, Rove Al Marjan Island and Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah. Together, the venues showcase the accessibility, variety and quality of Ras Al Khaimah’s dining scene, from casual midweek meals to premium destination experiences.

To encourage guests to experience the full collection, diners who visit all five participating restaurants between the start of July and 30 September and collect a stamp at each venue in their Flavours of Ras Al Khaimah Dining Passport will be invited to submit a photo of their completed passport to marketing@marjan.ae for the chance to win a special Flavours of Ras Al Khaimah prize.

Alison Grinnell, Group COO of Marjan and CEO of Marjan Hospitality, said“Flavours of Ras Al Khaimah is about giving residents and visitors a new reason to explore the emirate’s restaurants during the summer months. By bringing together leading hotels, talented chefs and local producers, we are creating a platform that celebrates the people and stories behind Ras Al Khaimah’s dining experiences. This campaign reflects Marjan Hospitality’s commitment to building destinations with depth; places shaped by quality, collaboration and experiences that guests want to return to.”

Created for the summer season, Flavours of Ras Al Khaimah is designed to encourage discovery during the quieter weekday period, giving residents, families and visitors a reason to dine out, try somewhere new and experience the emirate’s hospitality through a more local lens.
