Dubai, UAE- Reinforcing its commitment to support employee welfare, Innovations Group has extended financial assistance and sponsored gifts for 15 workers as part of the ‘Workers Joy’ initiative organized by Ousha Bint Hussein Cultural and Charity Center in collaboration with the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs Dubai ahead of Eid Al Adha.
The initiative honored 200 workers from various organizations for their contribution to the nation’s growth and development. Five employees from the Innovations Group were also felicitated for their dedication and service.

Notably, Innovations Group continues to strengthen its employee well-being through key initiatives. These include healthcare and insurance support; workplace safety programs aligned with HSE standards, employee assistance programs, offering confidential counselling and mental health support. The company also runs structured staff recognition programs such as instant, monthly, yearly champion schemes. In addition, worker welfare committees and anonymous grievance channels ensure regular feedback and open communication for continuous improvement in employee welfare.
Reinforcing the UAE’s strong value of compassion, inclusivity and community support, the workers were felicitated with financial and physical gifts during the occasion. The event also featured an engaging team-building session, in which all participants took part with full enthusiasm. It further included a keynote session, where employees’ key concerns were discussed including workplace challenges, welfare needs, physical and mental wellbeing, and operational challenges.
Notably, for more than 36 years, the Ousha Bint Hussein Cultural and Charity Center has been actively supporting humanitarian and charitable causes across the UAE. The ‘Worker’s Joy’ initiative further reinforces its effort to recognize workers for their vital role in the nation’s prosperity.
