Dubai, UAE – CarniStore teams up with Chef Halawa for Grill & Groove, a one-day only experience built around fire, flavour, music, and bringing the community together over good food.
Taking place on April 4 from 3PM to 7PM, this is a stripped back, no-fuss set up where the focus stays where it should be — on the grill, the produce, and the energy around it. This is about creating space to come together, slow things down, and enjoy good food in great company.

Known for his community driven pop-ups and approachable cooking style, Chef Halawa has built a loyal following by creating experiences that feel personal and generous.His activations bring people together in a way that goes beyond the plate, making each gathering feel like a shared moment rather than just a meal.
The menu is built around bold, fire-led cooking and dishes that are meant to be shared. From Halawa’s signature burger to ribeye steaks finished with red chimichurri and gochujang pineapple lamb chops straight off the grill, the focus is on taste, balance, and quality produce. Alongside, dishes like charred leeks with tahini and labaneh, musakhan rolls, and fattet betenjan bring in depth and familiarity, while a fennel citrus salad keeps things fresh and light.
To finish, Chef Halawa’s signature knafeh nabulsiyeh takes centre stage.
