Dubai, UAE- With less than two weeks to go, GameExpo 2026 is gearing up to transform Dubai into the region’s ultimate gaming playground, taking place from 5 to 7 June at Dubai World Trade Centre.

This year’s edition takes place across Dubai World Trade Centre Exhibition Halls 5, 6, 7 and 8, introducing new halls and expanded experiences at an even bigger scale. Bringing together gaming, esports, anime, cosplay, retro arcades, family entertainment, food experiences, creator culture, retail, and fan communities all under one roof.

Here are some of the Experiences visitors can expect:
- Explore more than 300 gaming devices, simulators and interactive experiences spread across 10+ immersive zones designed for every type of player.
- Watch live esports tournaments, community competitions, and thrilling finals featuring top players, rising talent, and fan-favourite titles.
- Experience the return of the fan-favourite Dubai Cosplay Championship, where some of the region’s most creative cosplayers compete for a prize pool worth AED 50,000.
- Step into dedicated family zones, nostalgic retro gaming arcades, creator experiences, interactive fan activations and hands-on entertainment for all ages.
Among the new Zones debuting are:
- Neo Tokyo District: A futuristic cyberpunk-inspired anime universe packed with immersive photo moments, themed installations, interactive experiences and pop-culture energy inspired by iconic anime aesthetics.
- Amazon Battle Arena: A fully immersive indoor laser tag battlefield featuring gearing zones, live mission briefings, maze-style gameplay and adrenaline-fuelled team competition.
- Jetour Velocity Garage: A high-energy motorsport zone combining racing simulators, interactive driving experiences and a central showcase vehicle for fans of speed and automotive culture.
The much-loved fan favourites that are returning:
- The Main Stage Arena: The heart of GameExpo, hosting headline esports moments, live tournaments, cosplay showcases, entertainment segments, competitions and crowd-favourite stage experiences throughout the weekend .
- The Gaming District: A massive interactive gaming space featuring more than 100 gaming devices across PC and console, with experiences catering to casual players, competitive gamers and first-timers alike .
- Family Zone: A dedicated all-ages destination packed with console and PC gaming, creative workshops, mascot appearances, family-friendly activities and interactive experiences designed for younger visitors and parents alike .
- Just Dance Stage: In collaboration with Ubisoft, visitors can jump into energetic live dance-offs, competitions and crowd challenges throughout the event.
- Retro Zone: A nostalgic throwback arcade celebrating iconic classics including Pac-Man, Tetris and Donkey Kong, alongside pinball machines and vintage arcade favourites.
- Talabat F&B Zones: Two dedicated food and beverage destinations featuring more than 25 food trucks, snack spots, sweet treats and brand activations to keep energy levels high throughout the weekend.
- The Narrows, Supported by Dubai Culture: A vibrant creative marketplace spotlighting more than 80 artists, collectors, creators and local vendors showcasing art, collectibles, merchandise and unique finds inspired by gaming, anime and pop culture.
