Dubai, UAE- Moroccan-Spanish fashion designer and entrepreneur Madiha Abaida has officially entered Dubai’s beauty and wellness scene with the launch of PINK MADI Beauty salon, a new destination in Al Barsha 2 that blends contemporary beauty services with the warmth and traditions of Moroccan hospitality.
The salon officially opened its doors on October 1 with a star-studded celebration attended by celebrities, VIPs, media personalities, influencers and members of Dubai’s fashion and lifestyle community. International model and actor Jeremy Meeks joined Abaida for the occasion, alongside special guests including Mouad Ait Elaine, Yaqoop Al Ali among other special guests.

Located on Umm Suqeim Street near Life Pharmacy, PINK MADI reflects Abaida’s personal journey across Morocco, Spain and Dubai. Raised in Marbella and deeply connected to her Moroccan heritage, she has brought together Mediterranean influences, Moroccan beauty traditions and the experience she has gained through more than two decades in fashion and lifestyle.
The opening follows months of intensive preparation, with Abaida personally overseeing the final stages of the project. She says the demanding process was driven by a desire to create something deeply personal rather than simply another beauty destination.

“I wanted PINK MADI to feel like an extension of my own journey,” said Abaida. “Every detail has been considered to create a space where beauty, culture and genuine care come together. The final weeks were incredibly demanding, but seeing people experience the salon for the first time made all of that work worthwhile.”
PINK MADI offers hair services, head spa treatments, manicures and pedicures, massage and Moroccan hammam experiences. Its interiors include private treatment areas, hammam spaces and dedicated facilities for hair and nail services, creating an environment designed around both beauty and relaxation.
For Abaida, the concept is rooted in the idea that personal care should go beyond appearance.
“Beauty is not only about how you look when you leave a salon; it is also about how you feel,” she said. “I wanted to create a place where women can pause, switch off and genuinely enjoy being looked after, while experiencing a part of the Moroccan culture that has always been important to me.”
Abaida’s transition from fashion to beauty is a natural extension of her creative career. Her experience in fashion has shaped PINK MADI’s feminine aesthetic, attention to detail and emphasis on creating an experience around the client.

The Dubai opening is only the beginning. Abaida envisions PINK MADI developing into a wider beauty and wellness brand, with potential for international expansion while preserving its Moroccan identity.
“Dubai is where I wanted to begin, but my vision goes far beyond one location,” Abaida added. “I want PINK MADI to become a name associated with beauty, warmth, culture and an experience people remember.”
