Dubai, UAE- Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) is bringing back one of its most popular dining experiences this August with the return of 10 Dirham Dish.

Running from 3 to 30 August, the month-long citywide campaign invites residents and visitors to enjoy specially curated dishes for just AED 10 at over 170 participating restaurants spanning more than 700 locations across Dubai’s malls, cafés, food halls and neighbourhood dining destinations. Designed to celebrate the city’s vibrant culinary scene while offering exceptional value, the campaign encourages diners to discover new restaurants, revisit favourite spots and enjoy delicious meals all month long. No bookings or vouchers are required; simply visit any participating outlet and ask for its AED 10 dish.

Organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) as part of Dubai Summer Surprises, the campaign spotlights the diversity of Dubai’s dining scene. Bringing together casual eateries, cafés, dessert spots, and neighbourhood favourites, the citywide activation offers plenty of opportunities to explore new flavours while supporting local restaurants across the city.

Asian flavours feature strongly across this year’s line-up, with plenty of options for a quick lunch, relaxed dinner or bite between shopping trips. Diners can enjoy Chicken Siew Mai at The Noodle House, crispy Cheese Rolls or Mix Gyoza at Sumo Sushi & Bento, or Steamed Momos served with iced tea at Shanghai Kitchen.

At Seoul Street Café, the refreshing Mango Bingsoo and Matcha Bingsoo offer the perfect way to cool off during the summer months, while Shake Shack’s classic New York Plain Hot Dog, Pret A Manger’s Americano and Pastel de Nata combo, and Texas Chicken’s Mega Bites Sandwich Meal bring even more choice to the citywide line-up.

Regional favourites also take centre stage, celebrating some of the flavours that have become firm favourites across Dubai. Diners can tuck into the traditional Iraqi Kebab Arouq Sandwich at Feka, savour the rich and buttery Pav Bhaji at Mumbai Junction and Kailash Parbat, or enjoy a creamy Malai Kulfi Stick at Dhaba Lane, bringing together much-loved street food classics and regional specialities.

Sweet treats are equally tempting throughout the month. Baskin Robbins is serving Kids Scoop Sundaes in different flavours including Beach Sunset, Mango Sticky Rice and Cinnamon Latte Crunch, while Cold Stone Creamery’s Birthday Cake Remix, Gelato Divino’s Classico Cup with two toppings and House of Pops’ handcrafted ice pops promise the perfect way to cool off. Those stopping for a coffee can also enjoy Costa Coffee’s Chocolate Swirl pastry paired with an Americano or Caribou Coffee’s coffee and croissant combo, making an afternoon break even more rewarding for just AED 10.

Whether grabbing a quick lunch, catching up with friends over coffee, satisfying a sweet craving or making plans for dinner with family, the 10 Dirham Dish campaign offers something new to enjoy every day. With over 170 participating restaurants spread across Dubai, the citywide activation celebrates the richness of the local dining scene while making culinary exploration more accessible than ever.
